November 19 Program - Election Follow-up - Where so we go from here?

 Featured Speaker - Victoria Seaman 

Victoria Seaman was elected in the June 11, 2019, Special Election to represent Las Vegas City Council Ward 2.

As an elected official and community leader, Councilwoman Seaman has advocated for issues important to Nevada such as lower taxes, less government regulations for small business owners, guardianship issues to protect seniors, and solutions for education. She also given many volunteer hours to her church, charities, and various not-for-profits. Her recent awards include the International Christian Academy Community and Leadership Award, and recognition from Friends of Parkinson’s. Her passion is giving back to her community and serving others.  

Her ten years of formal education and training in esthetics, and subsequent 26 years of business experience, strong entrepreneurial spirit, and keen eye for detail are leadership attributes that have afforded her success in both business and politics. She holds Real Estate and Business Broker licenses in the State of Nevada. She also created, founded, and owned Day Spas, and successfully designed and manufactured a high-end product line for estheticians. She successfully sold those businesses in 2004 and 2009, but remains licensed in esthetics.
