Apr 21, 22 - Meet the Candidates: Scotti, Deaville, and Fiore

Meet Judge Richard Scott, Jacob Deaville, and Michele Fiore

Judge Richard Scotti, candidate for Nevada Secretary of State

The Honorable Richard Scotti, former District Judge, has resided in Nevada with his wife for 30 years. He has been a highly distinguished member of our legal community -  The international rating service, Martindale-Hubbell, has awarded Scotti “preeminent” status for 12 years in a row – the highest rating in law and ethics.

Prior to Judge, Scotti owned a successful law firm.  And he protected the people of Nevada by serving as Prosecutor, and General Counsel, for the Nevada State Contractors Board.  Scotti also represented the international contractor that built the Venetian Hotel Casino – in the longest civil jury trial in the history of Nevada.

A firm Constitutionalist, Scotti led the Clark County Republican Party as its Chairman in 2009-10.  He is currently applauded for his “separation of powers” decision in which he ordered that two Democratic Senators cannot simultaneously serve in the Executive Branch - as that leads to tyranny.
Scotti looks forward to working with you to vigorously defend the Constitution, fix our broken elections, and help our business succeed.

Jacob Deaville, candidate for NV Assembly 37

Jacob Deaville was born and raised in Las Vegas where he attended Faith Lutheran High School and graduated from UNLV. Over the years Jacob has led organizations like his time as President of the UNLV College Republicans and the Regional Field Director for Adam Laxalt’s gubernatorial campaign in 2018. Currently, Jacob is a licensed contractor and the owner of Genesis Steel based out of the Las Vegas area

Michele Fiore, candidate for Treasurer for State of Nevada

Michele Fiore was born in Brooklyn, New York, and has lived in Nevada since 1993. Fiore has over 31 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. As of July 2017, Fiore represents the City of Las Vegas as the Councilwoman for Ward 6. Fiore spent two terms in the Nevada Legislature representing Clark County’s Assembly District 4 from 2012 to 2016. She is also the Republican National Committeewoman for Nevada, a position she has held since 2018.
